We continue to innovate and only invest in machines and materials of the highest segment. By not skimping on cheaper machines in the market, we are always able to switch production very quickly and further expand extensive automation.

We are also the only one in Belgium in possession of 2 laser cutting machines. We have at least 1 backup of each machine. (2 laser cutting machines, 4 automatic pleat cutting machines, 2 cutting plotters, 2 air compressors, ...) This way we can always guarantee continuity for the customer. 

Stay informed about our latest investments: 

  • 2024:
    - Purchase of a new fully automatic processing machine to process high steel up to 60mm. Both steel to make tenon boards as well as cutting lines for certain industries that require high blades.
    - Further expansion of the number of solar panels so that the entire roof is used. 
    - In the autumn we will invest in a new milling machine to be able to mill both Pertinax plates and punched-creased plates with the highest precision.

  • 2021:
    - Purchase of a new ultra-modern flatbed laser cutting machine with the option to laser cut steel also. 

  • 2019: 
    - Purchase of a new fully automatic processing machine for bending, cutting, perforating and inline nicking as well as broaching². 
    - Purchasing a rubber cutting system reduces the time for cutting the rubber as well as improving the quality of the cut rubber. The quality is comparable to that of a water jet system.

  • 2018:
    - "DE SLOOVERE BV" and "ASUVORM BV" have decided to work intensively together. This will strengthen our position in the market and enable us to serve even more customers with our well-known service. The purchase of a second laser cutting machine and a third folding machine was made to ensure continuity for our customers.

  • 2017:
    - Purchase of a new fully automatic processing machine for bending, cutting, perforating and inline nicking as well as broaching². This machine is the only one in the Benelux also equipped with a stacker system³ with trays to work even more efficiently. Extensive automation is becoming an important concept.

  • 2016:
    - Our current laser cutting machine is getting a complete overhaul.  (refurbished)

² During broaching, half of the thickness of the steel is scraped away so that very sharp corners can still be bent and with less stress in the shape, which considerably simplifies the stamping result and devices. See also the 3 photos below for illustration.
